Refund policy:
Techniday is an independent provider of remote technical support services for software, hardware, and peripherals products from different third-party companies. Techniday has no affiliation with any such companies unless such relationship is expressly specified.
All services will be conducted in a professional, reasonable, and timely manner, taking into consideration the circumstances and nature of the technical problems. Service(s) are provided in an effort to fix, upgrade, or otherwise repair the computer system(s) for which you request such service(s).
We are confident that you will be very pleased with our service, just as many thousands of satisfied customers before you. However, in the event that you are not (for any reason) we gladly refund your subscription amount on below terms and conditions:
Below are the ‘Refund’ and ‘Charge Back’ policy -
- All requests for refunds/ cancellation must be made in writing (email, fax or letter) and must be sent to Techniday before 15 days of the date of commencement of subscription.
- You should have all the prerequisites, which were required to resolve the problem.
- There will not be any refund for third party subscriptions sold to protect your computer, and in such cases this subscription pricing will be deducted as its original price apart from the sold plan value in the case if it is sold as a combo plan. Panda costs $70 per license and once its installed license cannot be revoked. (Ex. Antivirus software + 1 Yr. Plan)
- In case the issue is still not resolved, Techniday may agree on the amount claimed for refund after deduction of necessary charges for servicing to customer. However, the amount claimed for refund should in no case be more than the amount mentioned as per the below table.
Refund Policy:
- No Issues solved: 100% of Plan or proportionate to term remaining, whichever is less
- At least 1 issue solved: One time flat fee of $129.99 , and rest will be refunded
- At least 2 issues solved: 25% of Plan or proportionate to term remaining, whichever is less
- At least 3 issues solved: 20% of Plan or proportionate to term remaining, whichever is less
- At least 4 issues solved: 15% of Plan or proportionate to term remaining, whichever is less
- At least 5 issue solved: 10% of Plan or proportionate to term remaining, whichever is less
- More than 5 issue solved: Not eligible for refund
Chargeback Policy:
The purpose of this chargeback policy is to recover operating expenses incurred from protecting the company’s financial well-being from those individuals who would take financial advantage of our services instead of utilizing our easy refund policy. We encourage our customers to reach us before filing a Chargeback to their respective Bank. There is a dedicated Customer Service team from Techniday to handle any such kind of issue, and we are here to resolve your issues.
What is a chargeback?
When a bank forcibly reverses a credit card transaction, returning funds to the cardholder, it is known as a chargeback. Consumers may request a chargeback for nearly any reason. As a result, it is possible to commit "friendly fraud": a credit card industry term used to describe a consumer who makes an Internet purchase with his/her own credit card and then issues a chargeback through his/her card provider after receiving the goods or services.
How does Techniday handle chargeback’s?
After you have subscribed our support plan, on your bank statement; the charge will appear as the name of “Techniday”. If you place a chargeback request with your Bank for any order that you placed and received, there will be a $50.00 extra fee to investigate and review your case. This fee will be charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase, and received the services.
In case you have file a chargeback without asking us for a refund, your account would become ineligible to receive a refund from us.
